Core Strengths
Trade Post has been organizing the largest and most visited watch and clock exhibitions in India – the India International Watch & Clock Fair – Samaya Bharati for the past several years. 20 editions of the same have been held so far, with Indian and Foreign companies, both from the watch and clock sectors as the participants, as well as many also from the related ancillary and service providing industries.
Our core strength lies in the relations we have built over the years with watch and clock brands, with the trade, with retailers, with designers and with anyone or everyone even remotely connected even with watches and clocks. Most of all, for the 62+ years wealth of experience seeing this industry virtually evolve from nascency into what it has come to be today, Trade Post is greatly applauded for the role it has all along played towards achieving this goal and continuing to maintain it. Besides all of these, we also try hard to find out and focus from time-to-time on hidden talents working for brands in different operational capacities, and bring their achievements to the fore, in the form of articles written exclusively about their contribution.
We promote all watch, clock and connected ancillary brands of all categories and price segments both from India, as well as other countries.
The magazine is distributed across India from the North to the South and from the East to the West of the country. It is also distributed in many other countries, some of these being: Switzerland, France, Germany, UK, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Singapore.
Our Target audience comprises: manufacturers of watches, clocks and related ancillaries, designers, traders, retailers, distributors, event organizers, the advertising world as well as watch and clock collectors, watch aficionados and of course the general direct consumers. Besides these, our magazine also goes to the smallest of watch repairers across the country, regardless of their size and capacity.
Most of all, as the strengths of all forward looking organisations depend largely on the very dedicated and faithful teams working for them ceaselessly day-in-and day-out in pursuit of their focused goal, the Team at Trade Post too, led by Mihir Kharod and as ably assisted by his son and heir Hemal Kharod, has burnt the midnight oil, in taking Horological Journalism, to an altogether different level, a level that has gained appreciable admiration over the years.
